At commoditysafe, we strive to provide exceptional photo zone services for your events. This Return Policy outlines our policies regarding cancellations, refunds, and service modifications for our photo zone rentals and setups.
If you need to cancel your photo zone booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 14 days before your event date will receive a full refund minus a 10% processing fee. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days before the event will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event are not eligible for a refund, but we may offer credit toward a future booking at our discretion.
We understand that event plans can change. If you need to modify your booking, such as changing the date, location, or package type, please contact us at least 7 days before your original event date. We will do our best to accommodate your changes, subject to availability. Additional fees may apply for significant modifications.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 10 business days of receiving your cancellation request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the booking. Please allow additional time for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution's processing times.
In cases of severe weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control that prevent us from providing services, we will work with you to reschedule your booking at no additional charge. If rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be provided. We recommend having a backup plan for outdoor events.
